That may be from the felt like material that is under the lapel. It is a greyish color and looks a little dark through the salmon color of the jacket.

Hmm will check it out when I see it in person - does yours also looks like that - as in the the grey under the lapel can be seen from outside?

Hey received my set today but I am traveling. Wife opened and said looks stunning! Just one quick check - does anyone else's jacket collar / lapel has "blackish" / grayish tone - may be due to ironing or just material issue?

I hafta check when I get home. Opened a couple days ago and it's definitely stunning, but didn't notice anything like your describing. It was also after 10 hours of work and 4 hours of travel lol.

Love it. Waiting on paint for shoes and sculpt, but this sets a winner. The grey on the lapels really isnt that noticeable. Very stoked to bring Rothstein together. Thanks yunsil and Rob.

I think what the greyish tone is caused by the lack of white backing being behind the lapel. Everywhere else on the suit there is white backing and I'd imagine that prevents the material from looking that way. That's the only thing I could tell by really examining my suit. I don't think it's noticeable really and it definitely doesn't kill the set. Just examining the work done and dissecting it visually, it's stunning this is even possible on such a level. Never ceases to amaze me what some folks can do in this scale, whether is sculpting, tailoring or painting or whatever.
