I plan on using the advanced TT as well. Received the head the other day and it looks great. I like the fact that I can either use the neck or not. Just waiting for the suit, gloves etc from moe before putting him together.

I'm going with Barney Ross body - for the extra muscle

I'm using the Arnold body
I had to cut the neck out from the body though

Nice, looking forward to all of those. Will you be doing any modifications to the bodies or keep them as is? I want to recreate the typical superhero look, thin waist and large chests and shoulders. As the current HT bodies all strive for anatomical accuracy, I feel like I have to modify them, and with the advanced already having the slim waist and defined abs, I feel that's the best (and cheapest :wink1:) way to start for me.

BTW SithKnite, is the head/neck dremeled to fit a regular TT, or do we have to do that ourselves? Just never thought about it before now.

Quick mock-up of what I'm planning (will probably add the TT thighs too, I focused on the upped body only here).

Current state (original TT) on the left, manip on the right:

Looks Great My friend...You may need the thicker legs on that one bud. What boots are they?

Thanks. Yeah I'll have to add the thighmuscles, but the "underpants" wouldn't fit over them at the moment. In case you're wondering why they suddenly fit on the body, I cut a pretty big slit in the back. :monkey3
The boots are the HT Comedian boots. I really them as they're very realistically detailed, but I'd prefer the classic "upside down V" top in the front. Have to think about this for a while.

The neck or head will require dremeling. The head and neck are loose so If you were to use the head with the neck I'm guessing you would have to glue them on together and then dremel the bottom of neck to fit whatever body you will be using. If you were to just use the head you would instead dremel the bottom of the head.

I like the gauntlets, man. Where did you get them? Guessing they're custom.

painted ones will ship out tomorrow.

Great to hear, really looking forward to this head a lot. :hi5:

Here is my current progress on the body, sculpted some muscles on the advanced TT. Haven't done anything to his right arm yet, that's why it's still so skinny. Not 100% done with the rest either, but it's getting close.
Let me know what you think. :)

Finished the body. Much prefer the new look for my Bats. :)

Now where's my head? :impatient: ;)

Love em both, but I kinda like the skinny version myself. Definitely go with the bigger one for a Jim Lee version, but that smaller body has me thinking of a Batman: Year One version

Yeah I like the look of the normal TT too, but for this one I just wanted to go the muscular route. I've got too many realistic figures as is anyway. :p Funny that you mentioned Year One BTW, I just ordered it this weekend, should be here any day now.

What did you put to buff him up ?
Looks really good man

I used super sculpey. I can take some pics next time I take off the suit, just don't want to stress it unnecessarily taking it on and off. Also used some cotton for the space between the pecs and shoulders. The body is still fully articulated, too.

Pure genius man
Yes please do take some pics because I may need to do it on mine
And I'm a beginner at customizing figs

Looking Good agonistes86...Here is Buttmunch's Figure set on Royce body he sent me to fit the suit.
