Maybe I'm the only one but I prefer it without the cowl. Mainly because I plan on putting it on one of the hot toy muscle bodies that already has a neck.

You can still do that, will just have to dremel the head a bit to get it to fit

the problem for me is that even with a body with neck ,even the t800 the neck will still look to thin.

Very true - plus making the cape look good and natural would also be difficult if its just a neckless head

Looks Great On that TT Body my friend.

Heres a image of elvis custom batman. This is what we mean by a integrated cowl i think it will make the custom look a lot better once finished.

That's the way we do it...But keep in mind there will be no Movement to the head...So Alex Has Done his More like the DC direct versions...Looks Great Alex By the way.
