its funny, I stared at the HT enough to almost convince myself it was a decent likeness. This photo shows how basically every part of the sculpt is entirely off. Thanks so much for this offering man!

Yeah by this point I've come to believe that if you have to convince yourself something has a good likeness... then it doesn't have a good likeness. The sculpt should be something you recognize immediately as the actor, and this one does that a whole lot better than the HT did.

I concur that the hot toys head is terrible. But I always thought that from the Proto to production.

I will however say that I don't think the Luke sculpt is bad at all. I'd be down for an update though.

K, yeah, that's maybe the best sculpt I've ever seen of Ford. The unpainted shots were very promising, the painted ones confirm it.

Not in the market myself, I just wanted to comment.

Thanks for posting those last two pics! I was already convinced but these latest pics are the best so far. Payment sent for 1 painted. If you are doing a second wave like you mentioned, I may come back for another.

Looking forward to see what you have coming next! A smiling or smirking Solo sculpt would be an awesome alternative option for this

I can't wait to receive this. It truly looks magnificent. I would love to see a side view photo so we can see the profile. I've already paid for the painted head but I'm just impatient and would like to see the side view before I have it in hand. LOL.

If you look at the photos I sent to your email, you'll see that the hair should have lighter brown "highlights". Ford's hair was a bit sun bleached due to the hottest summer in UK records in 1976 when they were filming the movie. When you look at him in the movie (instead of looking at the publicity photos) you can see the lighter brown highlights to his hair. If you're able to create that sort of effect, I think you will have totally nailed it.
It shouldn't just be one solid color. It needs to have some dry brushed lighter areas to it.
