There aren't any fees if you declare as "gift". Sellers normally ask the buyers to pay the fees when they declare as "goods"

Hey guys,

I just received casted heads from the caster After checking all, I will send them to you guys tomorrow for unpainted.

and I will start to paint rest right away.

I will notice when the painting is all done for 1st batch.
