Could you take a photo of the head on the Hoth figure if you have it out? Was curious to see that. I still think it's a better ANH Han. I found the HT head on the Hoth figure to be a little bit small.

I was originally planning on having the Inigo sculpt painted for use with the Hoth hatted version, but when the Jnix sculpt came out it put that plan on hold.

I'll try it out tonight and take a couple pics. I really have not looked much at the Hoth Han truth be told. I got it for a decent price with the Taun-Taun, took it out set it up and haven't paid it much attention. I have no idea whats under the head gear or even if it's a PIA to get off, but I was hoping to use one of them for that. Then again, I'm sure a repaint by someone good could bring the Ford out in this one too.

Unfortunately the hair is just too different to use without the headgear IMO. Maybe Jnix could please a few people by changing the hairstyle for an ESB Han!

It's not that hard to pry apart, not sure if i needed to cut at all to take it apart. I tried the HT head at one point and it didn't look terrible but it looked a bit undersized and the hair line on the sides didn't line up very well with the sides of the hat cause the head was too small, so to hide that a bit it pushed the forehead away from the front of the cap at the top, just not ideal. I'm a hesitant to cut down the Inigo one for the same reasons. It'd be awesome if someone sculpted one that was designed to fit into the SS cap.

I would try the JNIX sculpt on it now (not with the hat of course) but my Hoth figure is boxed up and buried under many many things in my closet.

:duff Look forward to the shot. Yeah, Han had more feathery hair in Echo Base. Often more flat on the sides too.

Already seeing talks about recast on Facebook over this sculpt. I think the majority of people here would rather pay Jnix for an original than see it spread through recasting. Hope another run is done.

I would guess Jnix's next head sculpt will sell even more than this one. If a Luke is done I'll get at least two. Same with Lando, Anakin or Indiana.

Comatoast is a sly business genius. He's the only one that bought two painted.

I bought two painted but the first one was a gift. My second one is in the second run and I'd sell a kidney before I sold that!

Regarding all the recast talk I hope this doesn't get recast, Jnix has brought so much happiness to the community that I'd hate to see his work exploited in a way that didn't benefit him directly. He also seems quite firm about not doing a third run and we should respect that if that's how he feels... But that does leave an awful lot of forum members without being able to buy one of the greatest sculpts ever. Perhaps the best thing would be if HT licensed it from him...?

Looks great. Maybe I should have grabbed two, glad I switched to painted at last minute at least.
