So I was really thinking a new expression can set this apart from the hot toys which is why I was a bit bummed to get the same one.

My sentiments exactly, Raymond. Same exact expression was a major bummer and head scratcher, but also made this an easy pass.

Jnix is obviously always going to deliver a great quality sculpt , but IMO The Part 2 head is the best looking Marty head sculpt available. He's a bit forlorn looking maybe, but the expression is most neutral and more appropriate for a generic Marty expression than the very speciic "first google image of Marty (it literally is in case you were wondering)" that the Hot Toys and Jnix sculpt share.

I also like Sean Dabbs sculpt(excuse my bad paint job). I like it, but I moved BTTF2 Marty and Doc over to the Delorean.

Damn how I'm pissed off and baffled as to why a third party has not stepped up to the plate to offer a Doc radiation suit after HT so miserably failed by offering the really scene specific part 2 version instead.

Thanks. I jumped on that project here so fast. Rise collectibles made the suit and shirt. No clue if they'd be willing to whip up another batch. They may if this board shows there's enough interest.

It is a little larger than the HT, which i feel honestly helps the overall proportions of Marty, I always thought the HT head was undersized a bit
its JNIX quality youve come to expect as well, as is, already a huge improvment from stock

Jnix is always one of the best and brightest, but It doesn’t beat the part 2 head, and I’m not sure how much the part 1 Head so I believe it’s a pass as well.

I’d love to see Jnix revisit it from scratch, not sure if that’s in the cards with this but I still believe with another attempt he can make a knock out sculpt

The likeness does look a bit better than the HT there, but unfortuntely it's just not a big enough leap to make me want to get one.
