I agree, there is something off about the lips, but I am also not getting the Forrest Gump vibe from it, he almost looks angry. I think this picture sums up the character's expression the best.

Agree with the previous comments: both the eyes and lips area need some work. Profile looks quite good, but somehow the frontal view is not Forrest Gump right now. The problem with this figures (guy in a suit) is that they need to be close to perfect when capturing the likeness and that elusive "spirit of the character", because the headsculpt needs to sell them completely.
