If you are using the terms "personal payment (Shared expenses, Rental charges, Payment owedOthers/gift) rather than "online purchases', then no extra 4% fee is needed.

Right, but I don't mind the extra 4%. It's like insurance. I rather have PayPal protection then risk almost $600 :wink1:.

Yeah,
But did Kato also? I suppose he chopped the body to add the extra bit - so with your uniform you just got from Kato - what is the extension? the pants are longer, or the top is longer? if it is the pants, then the jacket will be fine!
