Well a few of you have been watching the progress on this. Managed to get the whole thing apart
The legs is a definite for a kit as is relatively simple to pull apart and therefore put back together but the arm section is a bit of a git so we shall see on that, so for now gauging interest for the upper and lower legs available on their own or as a set
price to be determined (obviously only done the left side so far)
anyway let me know what you all think
Mat.

Legs set price is £35.00 for the first full set and £25.00 for any more you want after that

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

I would love to be able to buy a replacement thigh for the Kaustic bodies... it is just way to thin in comparison to the rest of the body.

I was considering doing my own mod, but if you are able to make casts I'd be all about a pair :duff

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

thanks guys and yeah molding and casting the legs will be pretty simple, getting them on a body will take some work though, but if you get both pieces quite hot the will pop on

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

the KP body was nice, but the let down was the legs, they made them way to skinny and didnt match the upper body.
this is defo a worthwhile mod. props to you for taking it on

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

You sir, have my interest! :) Mark me down for all.

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

If possible; casting in a matching color to the KP would be extra badass... but if not a full repaint would work too :duff

thanks guys, they will be white resin as matching the colour would be a royal pain in the a$$ :)

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

also any other bodys that people would like to see new legs for?

Re: Kaustic muscle mods, legs and arms kit

I'm definitely interested in pretty much the whole body. Can't wait to see and hear more.

I would love to see a body be modded into a Frank Miller Bats...chunky all around (pause).

Hey logan25, how about adding muscle to a HT T800 muscle body?

you know if i can get the arms to work as a kit, that is actually do-able, i could remove the rubber upper chest area and sculpt in a new one that would just fasten in place, you would lose the neck articulation and probably loose the articulation just below the breast though

is that the same as the new ttm 20?

That neck would not be a major issue... the head could still be a ball joint which would allow for the most necessary head tilting. Losing the mid torso would be a bit of a loss; but that's how the larger ACI body is designed and it's still a good basebody.

Totally didn't see this for a minute.

I also think a Miller version of Bats would be kinda awesome.

Would also be interested to see if those legs and arms could be worked onto a Barney Ross or Bane body.
