the easiest method for starting out is to use round toothpicks. if you snip off the very pointy tip. it will leave you a nice round shape to play with. dab paint in, move it around. do it in layers. dark DARK first... then lighter colours slightly smaller in... when all done. a small dot of black in the dead center... and you're done! then gloss coat!!

Thanks for the advice!!! I'm terribly nervous about this endeavor, but I must make an attempt!

rhboyd, that is brilliant!!! I deeply appreciate the effort that went into that tutorial! Again, Thank you! I hope you don't mind me asking what I should use to primer and seal the paint on Kylo? Does the whole head get primer?

Primer the WHOLE HEAD... but wash it with soap and water first... there are mold releases usually used with resin heads... and you need to get that stuff OFF!! ARMY PAINTER offers GREAT products... and can be found in most hobby shops... matt finish sealer for the whole head when you're done, and some brush on gloss finish for the eyes.... Villajo paints are really good... but any acrylic based hobby paint will do.

That's great to hear! Mine is on the way to my painter so I won't see it at all until it's complete. Gonna be a bit beat up for the final lightsaber duel. Should be good!
All I need now is the Vader helmet and stand, hoping for an update soon!

Pretty sure you are misunderstanding him and got it backwards. He asked Rahmier how to paint eyes and Rahmier made that graphic in response.

close. I made the graphic based on rhamier's tips. as we discussed, I suggested the graphic to be used to explain his method to others... so I made it BASED on his instructions!!

My apologies for not getting your names on the list until now. I mailed out at least 40 packages last week and was so busy with that and invoicing orders that I totally forgot I hadn't updated the order list on here. Sorry for the delay and any concern it caused. We did get your payments and you are officially on the list.
