Really like how you painted the fur... it actually looks quite realistic that way :duff

So how many hands does Darkness come with? Is it two relaxed and two gripping? I seem to have missed some of the updates as I didn't think we had 2 relaxed, so that's a welcome surprise :duff

Ta m8 and yeah oscar done such a great job sculpting the fur i dont want to cover it up

I popped the horns on and measured him with his legs bowed as seen and he's 16.5" tall.

4 hands total 2 relaxed left and right, 1 left hand holding the horn and 1 right hand with sword.

I'm gonna need a bigger shelf :lol I guess my only hesitation with not using fur on the bottom legs is how it would match up with the visible fur through is pants :huh

Maybe just bits of fur on the bottom to help it blend more with solid on top :huh

That's Correct u get a set of relaxed hands and a set of griping hands that come sculpted to sword and one to the horn.

Yeah i have to see how that goes as well. I was thinking of using netting and having the pants slightly more baggier so the fur sits back and doesn't poke through.

crap............i think my biggest descision now is whether to go with fur all the way down the legs or just a bit at the tops & some split openings around the sides. i hate to cover up the ankle/shin area. may have to just gather bits & pieces and wait til others have him altogether to make that descision........

Thanks, that's awesome... I was a bit bummed thinking there was no relaxed right as I'd probably use the horn hand more than the sword hand.

The craft fur I bought is pretty long, and too clean. So I'll be trimming it and then using some paint washes to get it to lay flat; so probably not much poking through... but the netting is a good idea as it will trick the eye a bit :huh

Hey Emma, quick question... do you have the measurements and shame (if just a rectangle, or if there are other angles) of your cape?

I love how yours drapes and the shape looks spot on :duff

The cape actually was made by TonyM. It was a spare one I had that was supposed to be for one of my batman figures. I just messed with it a bit to get the drape effect.

Gotcha, the cape was a great fit. I'll get those pics hopefully today and maybe get a bit more work done. After working out the kinks I'm pretty sure I can bust out at least the belt and maybe finish off the cuffs this evening :duff

Mine is getting there and i'm very happy so far

I didn't bother with the netting or even trimming the hair in the end and just went with puffy trousers that i made.
