Hey guys,

The masterworks team is at it again so I'm gauging interest for your favorite International Man of Mystery and his nemesis (and sidekick)!

How many would like an Austin Powers and Doctor Evil duo? Preliminary idea is to offer Mini-Me as DX superset exclusive.

Austin would come with his blue velvet costume his black glasses and his gun with some batusi hands. Dr. Evil would come with red telephone, air quote hands and of course the pinky 'ONE BILLION DOLLAR' hand and expression.

This would be Austin's expression:

Mini-Me will likely be a full non-articulated sculpt with clothes added over.

Groovy !! I put this under Iminime wish list!!!!! Put me down, how's the elitist water coming Omar??

I think the duo would be awesome but a bit on the fence with Mini Me. He would have to be nailed and in good proportions to the others. Definitely fun characters and different change for you guys. Hope others get excited and jump on board!

Don't think I could afford both, but if they're offered seperately I'd definitely like to pick up one. Not sure which one get though.

If it happens the superset will likely have a payment plan option. 50% downpayment and then two 25% payments every 30 days.

I remember when I proposed this to some artists...this will sell....so obviously I am @1000 percent in!!!...put me down for the DX!!

I'm not so confident this would be a big seller, but would love to see what Denny et al. could do with it.

I don't remember the Wizard of Oz or Memento getting two sequels. . . :dunno

:p

I think the issue is, Austin Power is not exactly the 'high-brow' fare that the custom elitist bottled water drinkers usually plunk down fat stacks for.
