I think it speaks a lot towards showing everything at once.

Not a lot of people making actual custom figures anymore, seems like everything is interest lists that take years. There's a big difference between "Are you interested in this thing that might happen if we get enough people?" vs "Here is the thing, do you want it?"

That's exactly my thinking and exactly why I'm doing things the way I am. Obviously there's a risk involved that people won't like the thing you eventually show (as in not be interested in the subject, not LITERALLY dislike it) ... but I've decided I'm ok with taking that risk.
