You can still buy at Iminime's site I'd assume but I would support Wake and purchase at cinemascale, he's doing an A+ job answering our questions and addressing concerns :D

Are the changes final? I like the original eye placement. I don't know why it's a big deal for me, but the same thing happened with the iMiniMe Bride sculpt. Placing the eyes to the side of the Bride changed the whole look to me, & those were Wakes pics. Good thing it's only an option for that figure. Not sure if iMiniMe is going to go through the trouble of offering different eye placement options for this figure. I know I know, Wakes pics might prove my concerns to be silly, but I'd still like to know.

Did wake say there wasn't any changes? It's just the same thing at different angles no?

Signed up to cinemascale for this. If I need to I will have the eyes repainted in a straight on position.

The eye positioning here is the best for the character I think. It looks more like the promo pictures featured on page one. He looks determined however a bit leery of what lies ahead.

If the general consensus in here is that we still like the original paint up better after Wakes pics of the new paint up, can it be changed back? Or after Wakes pics, that's that?

Can't get enough of this pic.
I know that Wake's pics are coming and they should present the new paint up in a better light but it's going to be hard to get the above image out of my head.
I hope that if the new paint up doesn't meet expectations than at least they provide an option for the eye positioning.

Guys I'm going to reiterate: the paint on on the sculpt did NOT change. Only the eye position. What you guys are interpreting as a difference in the paint application is due to the conditions of the photos. The first pics were clearer in that the lighting and focus on the camera were better. That's it. Relax. All of your fears will be assuaged once I get my hands on it and shoot it properly

I guess we simply see if Wakes pics of the sculpt (I might have to try to not be swayed by the overall presentation of the completed figure, & concentrate on the sculpt itself), & see if we still want the original eye size & placement.

I've seen them go out of there way to re sculpt heads, so I'm guessing iMiniMe will be flexible with a paint up change, if that is the general consensus in here to do so?

I juuuuust finished saying that the perception and consensus is colored by the quality (or better put; lack thereof) of the photo.
