Yeah they are amazingly smooth. I cannot wait to see how Wonka looks with paint and hair. Will slight eyebrows be added to the oompa sculpt? Mike nailed the subtle smile on him!

Thought I'd post a quick update on the canes. I had to revise the Cane part as the first prototype came out really warped due to it being thin and the material I chose to have it made in. Fast forward with a fix and received the final prototype today and took some quick crappy pics and I'm very happy with this now. You really can't see the detail on the handle in these pics but trust me its there and looks cool. The Cane part still has a slight flex ability to it but only if you take your hand and try and bend it but if not it stays straight and strong. These will not warp and will work perfect.
The Cane Handle will be printed in a very high end printer which will capture and print all the little detail on the emblem. I think you guy's will really like these when done. Overall size is 6" Inches. This is printed in 2 parts, Handle & Cane, and the Handle slides into the cane part.
Sorry for the crappy pics! I will start collecting payment by the end of the week.

Holy Cow Mike looks pretty dam amazing! I'm looking forward to getting this Wonka project wrapped up..... Looks amazing though love the design
I'll PM the guys on my list bud all their canes will be shipped to me for the final sets (if the guys choose to order) but there's no rush I'm aiming to have the full proto done for October November ship date

Thanks dude glad you like it. I know you won't be getting these figures done anytime soon but I have a small time frame window with the printer and with my schedule to paint them, so I need to kind of knock these out soon so to speak.

If you do end up revisiting, I wouldn't mind having a not wrapped wonka bar and wrapper. You did such a stunning job on the actual bars that I do not have the heart to open them lol.

I wouldn't mind one too. I bought the set recently and he didn't have anymore of the bars to give me with everything else. If you make more Mike I would appreciate getting that last item to complete the set I bought off you.

Looking amazing!! The shape of the shoes looks perfect. Those will look amazing all shined up. The oompa loompa head looks perfectly proportionate to the body. Truly masterful work! I am excited to see these all painted up.

They look pretty thick on screen... If painted properly (which it will be!) it should look good.
