Hi, everyone I’ve purchased from Zhent Luvy a couple of times, both times buying sculptures. The first time was a painted Saul Goodman – everything went smoothly. The second time, I bought an unpainted sculpt of Negan, but there were issues with the sculpt itself. The casting quality was poor, with a defect on the ear and a noticeable seam on the neck and back of the head. I thought Zhent would send me a replacement sculpt for free, but he didn’t offer that. Instead, he suggested I send the faulty one back, and he would send a new one. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle or spend extra money, so I just kept it.
He was always in touch, no issues with that. But because of the quality, I’m really disappointed

I'll get back and address everything point by point when I have the time.

But for now, I'll say this. @zhentluvy you lost all my trust when you started evading me. And you've shown by sharing these old messages that I wasn't rude, or hostile, or impatient. On the contrary, I was understanding and willing to cooperate. But you held on to my money, and you blocked communication.

Who knows, maybe your tailor did run away...

But there are gaps in your logic. You've contadicted yourself on occasion. And above anything else, your treatment and handling of the situation is the reason I went from giving you the benefit of the doubt, to you losing any credibility.
