yeah, the mauve strip on the immediate right of each silver glitter stem
Ahhh awesome I'm going to send the pic to Bernard see if we can get a closer one anyone else willing to try and do a design?
So here's a few minor details I picked up while watching the bluray.
1- oompa hair is actually shiny green.
2 - Ompa has 4 brown buttons 2 front. 2 back
3 - stupid detail wonka has a belt.
4 - wonka also has 2 buttons on the back of the tail of the coat.
5. Top of wonka's hair is wavy.
6. Wonka has 5 o clock shadow.
Nah it isn't the gold because that is getting painted on later right? The stripes I am referring to are In the flowers. In the actual vest it almost alternates between dark and light, but it almost looks like distinct stripes. It could be just the photo though...can you lost the specific raw pattern you are using?
I am ok if the hair is a flat green on the figure. Depends how it looks! Do you have a shot if the 5:00 shadow? Nis it like that through the movie? Or just towards the end of the day?
In regards to the silver stems on the vest I imagine those will be painted on unless embroidered. But the stripes I am talking about are the alteration between light and dark in the stripe backgrounds.
I get what you mean about the vest just asked Bernard to do a 2nd design with the stripes.
The gold will be glitter glued I believe. I'm hoping the seamstress can help give some input as she would know more about that sort of stuff.
Here's one you can't see it that well when I get on my laptop I'll post the high quality pic it's a very light shadow.

Although it is a nice thought, I personally wouldn't worry about the box. The expense isn't necessary for us or yourself.Remember this is only the proto..... But I'm appreciating the advice when you say the stripes is that the gold stripes or the ones in the background if the pattern?
Also how do you guys feel about having a custom made wonka box ? With an awesome design?
If you like the idea I was going to get Bernard 2002 to work on it while the clothes are being done.
What I'd really really like is honest opinions when the proto is done...... I want the best and I also want you guys to have the best! So it's not a case of rushing its a case of getting the details.

I think you are saying the that it alternates between what appears to be a blue stripe and grey stripe pattern.
The box was an idea as I know I'd like to have a box for mine.... Offer is there.
Apart from the price not much quality is pretty much the same only difference is I can get the bodies for a decent price I'd request from you guys $15 for bodies which include fees.
I'm currently working on a price with kumik as the postage is quite high but it saves money rather than buying hot toys slims.
We'll do a test with the shadow if you guys don't like it we'll scrap it
Kumik will also be hairing the proto for price reasons.
If Kumik is supplying the bodies.... do they offer hand options? I am not familiar with their offerings. Would be nice to get a nice gobstopper holding hand instead of tracking one down.
The reason I ask about the diff between the Kumik Slim vs Truetpe is strictly about shape / clothing fit. I have a Truetype Slim kit bash for my PIRP Gordon, and I would possibly swap bodies if they were similar. I am sure the Kumik would do just fine. If for some reason the haring doesn't work out, do we still have the option to go with sculpted hair?
Do you have a currently rundown on prices for us? Or is the pricing target still about the same as discussed a while ago? I just want to check with that front since things have shifted.
Works out $30 a box.
I will add the option for the guys who'd like it.
I will be having special COA with numbers made so they will be numbered.
Thanks for the advice on the shadow soon as I'm having 2 proto sculpts done 1 with glued hair 1 with real might try and see what happens.
Rahmier is going to mod the arms of ompa so you can move them. Also add the little emblem on the Cane.
Lastly I was thinking about using a kumik slim body for wonka what are your thoughts?
So the original price for the Wonka and oompa castings was $255? I don't remember it being that much for two sculpts.

At this current moment no it's just the full sets and as I'm aware there are 12 complete casts of both.
Ok, thanks for the info, please put me down if you open it up! Thanks!
