Also, Tyranus, regarding the texture. I know you said you were thinking of putting on multiple coats of acrylic paint to cover it, but you shouldn't have to. If you want to, only 1 or 2 coats will do. All you have to do is mix the black paint with a slightly less than equal part of multipurpose paint sealer and it will go on smooth and have a bit of shine to it under light so you won't have a matte cowl that doesn't match the rest of the suit.

For anyone wondering about getting it to sit farther on the neck, I invested in a dermal today and carved a good 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch out of the inside of the head today. I have to glue the metal strip back, but it already sits much lower on the neck.

much better.. :clap.. I always thought that for some reason the head sculpt makes the DX12's neck look a bit long. What a "dermal" is? What tool did you use to carve the inside of the head?
