Looks flesh colored so I guess that's it just not sure the difference.

Sorry I cant. Its flesh colored. When I see translucent I'm thinking something clear looking.

Here you have a comparison pic of a regular opaque vs translucent resin. Both are flesh colored, but one is a bit translucent and when painted gives a more human-like look. Not Vimal sculpts, of course, I found them online.
