POLL: Rainman's Best Figure to Date!

While I would not say that the Dude is his best work, it is my favorite piece of his by a wide margin.

Wonka, just kind of overwhelms you with the color and the midget. I love the elaborate outfit. But looking past that, the likeness, and particularly the "real" curly hair just make the figure unappealing to me personally. That's probably the Rainman figure I have been least interested in over the last couple of years.

I voted Wonka cause he is an all around great looking figure, which in my opinion screams what Rainman is all about, although I don't think it's a better likeness than Plainview, Bill, the Dude or Doc. I just think its such a beautiful figure with great extras. I also think Rainman took a risk by making such a whimsical character as Willy Wonka in this hobby and he certainly delivered.

I figured I might be. I mean if it wasn't Anton you know it would be Wonka for sure. I'm just so smitten for Anton after seeing everything up close. Also we know from past record Rainman pieces are always better than the proto so it can only get better! CAN'T WAIT!!!anic:anic:anic:

For the record mike, I was gonna vote Anton as well. Just couldn't do it because he's not out yet like Ed said. I'm sure that'll change once he arrives though.

Last 5 compete with Marla, GBU,Chaplin. The first five of that round move to final 10.
Cut it to 2weeks each round. I know some want to vote for the others.

Yeah I'm sure man! :lol What are you trying to find out bro? Worth or Best Work. This poll is for best work and as of now I think that Anton is killing it! Honestly as far as work goes it in my opinion , it should really go to Lucy or the X-1 but were keeping it to figures right? Agreed. Personally, I almost find the face and hair off-putting. The outfit is great, and the Oompa is absolutely perfect. But the head... bleh. I know a lot of people say he's hard to capture in photos, so that could be it - I don't own it or any Rainman piece.

For my: my favorite is Dude, but in terms of "best", I'd probably have to go Bill.

Agreed, the sculpt doesn't really do it for me on Wonka. Accessories and clothes are pretty awesome, but all around that goes to another.
