Re: Sculpt Interest -Deadwood Al and Seth

Am I missing something here? How did my name end up on the list?

Re: Sculpt Interest -Deadwood Al and Seth

Swearengen has to be one of the best characters ever put to screen. Great acting and writing.

He's going to make a nice custom.

Certainly the greatest, most complex character I've ever seen in a tv series.

It was something of a revelation for me seeing Ian McShane give such a powerhouse performance after growing up being subjected to the Sunday night s###fest 'Lovejoy', where he played every British Granny's favourite antique dealer who got in ALL SORTS of twee adventures, all whilst sporting a minty mullet that looked like it belonged on a bouncer in Roadhouse.

Still, so many great performances/characters actors in that show. Seriously I could sit and watch a solid hour of just E.B. Farnum berating Richardson, or "Swedgen" and Wu conversing in c###sucker. I actually found Olyphant to be the weakest (so again, something of a surprise to see him excel in Justified.)

Im glad to read that HBO finally decided to put an endcap on the show after so long, i hope they do it justice.

Re: DEADWOOD PROJECT (Al and Seth)

I see a 1/6 scale Gem Saloon balcony/ entry diorama build in my future. Going to have to start my hunt for a 1/6 scale horse also

I would love to see that.

So ready to sit and binge watch all three seasons again now. Gonna have to crack open the Blu Ray I've left untouched for about two years. When the wife starts moaning, you guys are getting the blame!

Coincidentally before this thread I had been planning to do my 2016 rewatch. My wife loves the show so I'll have s partner in crime to watch with

Although I don't know that is ever seriously be interested in more then these two, I always loved Jerrfery Jones and Brad Dourifs characters in the show. For that that matter W. Earl Brown as well.
