Mine still shows Confirm Receipt. I wonder if mine will be shipping out soon. I bought 1 unpainted head.

Does anyone know if the bill sculpt from rainman has this extra paint near the mustache curves attach to the main mustache. I have the same on both sides
Also for the crazy dog sculpt one side seems to have extra "hair" paint on it.

See pics below... just want to make sure its not a one off shoddy job and may be all were the same way...

Does anyone know the best way to contact RM about shipping? my bill 2 says shipment completed but i've had no email with tracking and no emails about order confirmations all i have is the paypal confirmation of payment sent to artmaze :/

Also when i click the order to view it and click the check delivery it just brings my order up again :/ cant find a contact link anywhere

I think they extra whiskers to make realism, Maybe Rainman painted those, he does that at times

well spoke to him. he acknowledges that its a paint job error. asking to ship back and says may not be able to fix it (strange) and may offer refund.
the issue is that i was banking on these to complete my bill v1 collection and also leon collection so now i am tik tocking... :(

you know i am just a bit let down with a lot of stuff coming through. First the belts with glue issues (he is fixing that for sure), then the lapels (i know he is fixing that too), and now these sculpts. Hope he is able to resolve this for me. but i am a bit irritated with one issue after another in almost all that i bought.

Here is mine,
the whisker is painted but not as long as yours it seems. but tbh i don't think it is that noticeable on yours either.

The crazydog sculpt though, that seems like more of an actual defect in paint....

trust me man, once you spot a defect on a head, your eyes will always go there no matter how much you tell yourself it's not that bad. :lol

I agree, i am not too fussy but dont get me wrong we take pride in the whole custom angel so it kinda bothers me a bit! ...i can live with it but the head keeps saying why shld i... But may be i am wrong... anyways will see...

Yep... Just kinda that situation.
I haven't been that lucky...most of the stuff i bought had some issues... Anyways...

All 3 of my sculpts are still sitting at confirm receipt :/. bill v2 fake shipped then was told it was an error so went back into confirm receipt. thought plainview might have shipped ordered it the day the restock went up...how long it normally take?

Typically between 2-3 months.
