seriously. one of the coolest guys to ever grace the screen. and for anyone not up on melville's work: check out 'le samourai' and 'le cercle rouge' for a start. one of the best director's in the history of the crime genre. really. everybody rips him off to this day.

The idea is awesome on a whole, but I'm not sure if that's what I want on a figure personally. My screen accuracy OCD tends to make me veer away from wanting idealized images or movie promo pics represented thru my figs. It's more something I'd like to hang on my wall.

If it was Mickey from NBK, than that would be a different story. I'd be all over that. His face warped out like that a few times in the flick and did so to convey a certain symbolism.

what's up skooter. yeah it'd be real cool to see rainman branch out more into other cinema beyond just american stuff. there's just so much cool stuff out there. and it's interesting--though not that i don't play my part in it seeing i have and am working toward more jokers than i can name and wanting a v2 butcher--that people seem to want the same stuff over and over. guess it's like anything, really.

Haha, yeah, wanting the same thing is sort of what collecting is about (a lot of the time).

I think this would be a good one for transitioning Rainman fan's into foreign cinema.

yeah choi min shik is the man. i saw him at a screening for a movie he put out this year. guy has some of the best hair in cinema. and one of its finest talents.
would love to see rainman do a tadanobu asano genghis khan from 'mongol' or 'sharkskin man and peach hip girl'.
also want to see michael wincott get some love tho not sure what character yet. but he's always so great to watch.

This would never happen in a million years but I wish it would. Not that he's my favorite character from the movie, but I do love the movie and I think he'd be the best one single representation in figure form of the movie for my collection. The 4 finger rings and boom-box???? Bananas!!!!!

A Radio Raheem would be cool, I also like the idea of Spike Lee with the Pizza Box and Dodgers Jersey.

If Hottoys would only offer different body types, different shapes and sizes, more extreme rather, than what they currently offer, the possibilities would open up greatly for some really great customs of short characters, fat characters etc.

That's the biggest problem. We need a better selection of body types and skin tones. The biggest problem is the lack of sculpted arms that are necessary for short sleeves. Of course sculpted legs are needed for shorts but those characters are much less common. There are so many characters that wear short sleeves that it's crazy there aren't bodies to accommodate them

Mike, I gotta school you on somthing bro.....all of these wishlists requests that "we" think we're the first to have......Have already been suggested before! There is nothing new about some of these character suggestions. This isn't a poll, it's a Wishlist thread, a place where you can share really creative ideas about characters etc. Top Ten lists change all the time so by default it doesn't make sense to create one. I appreciate when people make suggestions that we haven't even thought of yet, and sadly there are only a handful of people who have really thought out of the box when it came to character suggestions, regardless of whether we like them or not.

I respect your opinion and I am not asking you to participate, but don't take it so damn serious. :monkey1

Its a harmless top ten that gets updated every weekend with updated changes. I agree opinions do change so consider it trending instead of a set-in-stone top ten.

Maybe your fine with a thread thats all over the place, but I prefer one that actually shows what people are actually considering and not just throwing up there to see if it sticks.

All the suggestions are great, but it gets to a point where I started thinking, "Does this suggestion have a chance?!?!" Well lets find out.

This is borderline double dipping right here :lol, but a Willow for a DX could work the same as an Oompa did for Wonka.

He could totally be done like the Oompa, he doesn't need to be posable as long as he's holding the baby, thats pretty much what he did the whole movie anyway, haha.

Edit: The only problem I see with this. Who is going to settle for just a FS Madmartigan if they miss out on the DX Willow?
