This would be awesome!
That's cool, but in my opinion, as good as it is, I would not consider Tombstone to be a "classic" either. Both are great contemporary westerns, as is the Proposition, the remake of 3:10 to Yuma, even Robert Rodriguez's el Mariachi series. There are scores of classic westerns, it's a judgment call in many cases, but I wouldn't consider a 20 year old movie one of those unless you are talking about Unforgiven (which really stacks up with any western ever made IMO).I actually suggested the Bridges Rooster to rainman last time we spoke but he said he prefers classic westerns really.
C'mon Cal... U just suggested Broderick Gadget, c'mon fam, let's focus. Gary Oldman in True Romance is STRONG.
I agree :goodpost: ( again I was just stating that gadget would look good..nothing more).
Nothing against anyone, I too have been guilty of posting so many random pics :lol from Frank Drebin to President Harris (whom I probably wouldnt spend $700 on actually on Drebin I might ) But my main want is Bateman considering his iconic status as well as the fact that Rainman has a history of making 'evil/murdering psychos' etc etc
My guess is that he gets so bombarded by PMs and e-mails requesting other characters (and putting them further ahead in his mind) that the more obvious choices don't necessarily happen as quickly as you might expect. But as more folks get their "grail" pieces out of the way, and Bickle gets higher up various lists, it seems more and more likely that Bickle would be one of the next figures. . .assuming Rainman is interested.
I think Jack Torrance would be way up more folks' lists if we didn't get that awesome unlicensed version a couple years ago, but I would still personally much rather see Rainman tackle him than Bickle. The Subway figure is great for what it is, but it isn't exactly a top of the line, high end figure.
