Adam is doing it this way (requiring deposit up-front) because he needs assurance that enough people are committed to the project. Given his track record on sculpts, noone should be concerned about the quality of the end product, it is sure to be the best 1/6 Liam Neeson we have seen!

i have no problem with a deposit - but how long will it take

I know that high end sculptors are very busy - any chance we have an approximate time schedule ?

Adam will update us on the deposit details and the timescale in a couple of weeks when he has graduated from college.

Don't get me wrong... but I'm very pleased that it turns out so.
Too much money spending in May, way too much.

Adam himself is not going to be offering a painted version due to his work schedule limiting his free time to simply sculpting this.

I'm sure there will be plenty of talented painters offering their services on this piece, so up to you if you want to commission one of them.

Any news on the gasmask? I thought about this for some time now and I believe I would prefer the head comming with none and get a second head with a permanent sculpted one as his beard would ruin the overall appeareance of a removable mask...

That is a very good point you make - I'll be discussing the possibility of a Gas mask version with Adam so will let you know.
