Re: 1/6 Randall Patrick McMurphy: H&C SET BY CAINE, GEEWHIZ OR YUNSIL
Wow, I was looking through the other projects that Yunsil is involved in.
3 of them have been going for 2 years or longer. And another one canceled.
And some of you are on those lists. I am a little shocked by this.
Don't know if that is how far Toribox is behind or the way it's just being handled by
the project managers. Maybe some of you know? I didn't go through the whole
thread on each, just first few pages and last few pages.
I do see one that the project managers taking installment payments.
That is not the way to go with a tailor that will not start making outfit run
until paid in full. No matter if your getting a prototype or not.
Either way, that's a little scary. There is no way I would wait 2+ years.
And I would never do that on any project I'm spearheading.
I thought that 7 months on my Ragnar project was to long.
But that was held back by late payments for outfit.
So let's get this project going and finished.
I'm going to keep the pedal to the metal.
We'll go to Oct 15th, and everything will be finalized
and all heads need to be paid for by then.
I'm sure you want to get your head out to a painter A.S.A.P
Also, we'll decide on a tailor soon. And I would
like all payments for outfit(once they are locked in)
to be paid within 30 days, no later. I think that's more
than fair, when you have 30+days to save up for it.
So start saving now if that's something you need to do.
The leather will be here in the next few days.
1/2 to 1oz and color is very close to film accurate.
Yes, I always source my own real leather and send it to the tailor.
I have almost 30sq feet. Enough to make 25 jackets. Because both Yunsil
and Geewhiz don't normally use real leather without an additional charge.
Real leather makes all the difference. This jacket will last a very long time.
It won't peel or start to fall apart like most synthetics out there.
And you'll actually be able to pose the figure and not have to worry about the jacket..:lol
This will be done right and I really want it on my shelf by Christmas.
And I'm sure you do as well.
There is no reason why we can't have a great head/outfit
done right and a full figure before next year.
So let's make it happen....:yess:
