I think neck could be bit longer, specially from front.Otherwise conecting place will be visible above shirt colar.

I agree. Neck needs to be longer. I assume the print will be larger as the casts from it will shrink?

Well, the likeness is unmistakably there, so the most important issue is a success. I agree with the neck, but maybe the head is 5% oversized?

I'll be sending the test print for the tie fabric tomorrow. I did colour matches to a printed RGB reference, a printed CMYK reference, and my screeen calibrated to the fabric company's custom profile. One of them should look right.

Looks great!! Fix the neck and we should be done. I thought it might be over sized, but Jeff pointed out the shrinkage when cast, so we should be good..

Head size is fine. With the shrinkage when casted factor and the fact that bogie had a big noggin it should turn out fine.

A while back I wrote

I like the new extra-length neck that Hot Toys used for the Stan Lee figure and Inigo used for his Anakin. You don't have to futz with putty to hide the connector since it's hidden.

The neck problem you're seeing would be avoided by taking the new approach. Lengthening the neck won't hide the adapter, it'll just raise the head. But by all means, lengthen it. I'll be extending mine with Magic Sculpt and I'll appreciate any added length you guys agree on. :wave

This is Inigou's Anakin:

It has only a shallow inset in the bottom. You pry open the spare neck that comes with a Truetype and put the lower socket -- the one intended to go in the chest, not the head -- like this:

I don't have the body this head was made for at hand, so I've popped it on a slender TT:

The Hot Toys Stan Lee uses this same all-in-one design. The head still tips, tilts and rotates, but there's no adapter line.

Print looks good but how hard is it to get him to do an alternate sculpt with no part and turn it into Rick Blaine?

If here will be even ten people ready to buy also Rick (I am), it will be no problem, but I'm afraid we are just two...

Thank you on behalf of all of us for leading us through this project! It's about time Bogie got his due recognition on this board, and your efforts (and the sculptors excellent work) have produced a wonderful likeness. I believe that those that happen to run across this thread is the future will want to jump on board...!
