By the way if there's still room can you put me on the list for a painted HS, thanks.

Thanks Moe, are you saying that you shave 3/4th of an inch off the neck or is that how long your neck is stock on the Art Figure?

I don't think it should have any neck. If it's going on a Hot Toys Muscle body it should be cut like the head on those bodies, i.e. T800 or any other HT neck-less sculpt, so that it doesn't have a giraffe neck. Just my opinion.

Well this is for the option of those fellas that are just replacing the head on their Art Figure, I'm going with a TTM19 as well, so I'll be creating two molds. One with neck and one without.

Ski. Mine should come without a neck, but to give my input. I trimmed off roughly 1/8" on my Art Figures neck.

Ah, there's my answer!!!! :rock

Yeah Bro That is the neck stock...Did not do a thing!:exactly: Looked good to me so I left it...If you feel it needs to be shorter a bit, by all means.

Yea I just remember so fellas trimmed off a little excess, so I'd make it the same height as their mods therefore they wouldn't have to mod it again. :lol

Thanks fellas, got it all straightened now! :rock

I prefer mine the same size as the art figures neck, it's fine as is.

if i buy a sculpt, and need another painted would that consider me a returning customer? lol jk

Re: Skiman's "So if that's what upset means, what am I feeling now?" Thomas Jane Puni

After considering the length of the neck being indeed too long, I'm going to go ahead with the fix. I don't feel it's right to put the work of cutting off excess on the majority of fellas that felt the neck was too long.

I appreciate the interest as always fellas, I'd like to hear more opinions on the neck options as well!

Thanks again,

You could always accommodate those who feel they need the longer neck if they offer to pay for the materials needed to mold a new head with a longer neck. Be a bit $$$, but if they're bothered by fractional differences, the offer's at least there. :huh

I would be fine with that if it will appease those members.

:exactly:
It's not like you'd be charging hourly, which, given your profession, not even the Kato customers could afford. :lol

:slap well worth a shot since if i bought a head and needed another painted i'd be "technically" a returning paying customer but for different things haha. ah i love messin with ya over this. i'm quite the pain eh? literally stoked though for when you are doing paintups again.
:lol :nono
