have you guys tried posting to his Facebook page? some artists are more responsive there then they are here

He responds to PMs. I contacted him back in September when I knew that I no longer needed the sword. He offered to try to "re-sell" it, but didn't offer a refund. I have to admit, considering the extended delays, I was a bit disappointed.

I too would love to know. These were originally supposed to ship in April or May 2016, and he's posted a half dozen ETAs that have since passed. I'm starting to wonder if it's jusy money down the drain.

It's been so long that I've sold my WW statue.

Hi, it is always best to reach me by private message or email, I don't always get these messages that post in these threads, and will always respond within a day.

Yes these have taken awhile, I have taken on WAY too much and paying for it now, unfortunately I cant make everyone happy if I work on these parts I upset others, if I work on their stuff I upset people waiting on these parts etc etc and it isn't ending. I have been working nonstop on all my projects, just about everything is getting some kind of work, the reason for the delays, well things/life happens and get in the way, I took a lot of time trying for a job at a collectibles company and it didn't pan out, just couldn't come to an agreement for me to be there full time. This took away from my work mentally and physically, as the job was very draining and became difficult to work at home. Since finding out this info I have been making my projects priority again and have been shipping stuff out weekly. The metal work on the WW and Deadpool pieces have been most challenging, I have bought multiple power tools/equipment to try and speed the process of sharpening and polishing, and it still makes little difference, the metal work takes time unfortunately, I undercharged for the work required.

I have never stiffed anyone and I always deliver one way or another, so please do not worry about the money is gone, you will get your product, I just don't want to rush anything at this point and deliver subpar product to my standard.

I always try and make it up to buyers that are waiting and willing to give me another chance on a future project. I have lots planned, and will be doing things differently, which is why I haven't put anything up in a long time, I am trying to work down this list and have a very small turnaround on commissions, and the parts I do make will be ready to ship before money is collected, it will mean a smaller edition size and less people will have a chance at it, but it will be less stressful and more products released.

Nearmint, we have talked about having me sell the piece when ready, I still have no problem with that.

Bear with me a little longer I am getting caught up, thanks

yes I can resell, but giving refunds at this point I cant do, unfortunately I am not a major company that can afford to give refunds at any time.

I think your plan to only take payments in the future when the product is ready to ship is a good one. In a hobby where space is such a problem, a collection can change substantially over the course of a year or two.

it is something I have been wanting to do for a long time, but just been stuck in the same ongoing situation, and really stressful, I don't like the wait believe me, and I know everyone is waiting and it sucks, unfortunately these things don't go from cast to paint and ship in a couple days.

I saw it work out for a few people and know it works well, but of course you get the guys who miss out and then get pissed off at the seller, but at least doesn't have to deal with waiting customers.

I have lots planned but haven't worked on anything, so I hope to have something new in a couple months and have something new every other month....just need to chip at this list, I'm doing much better now working more consistently and frequently, and getting a lot of positive feedback for the quality which is most important to me.

I see this previous post about offering people refunds if the items were not sent by the end of April has now been edited out.

I guess this was another empty promise...

I would assume no one actually got a refund and the option to buy back when ready to ship?

Actually yes I did refund some people...you are number 14 on my list of 22...I refunded up to $1k...I couldn't afford more at the moment...especially being so close to being done.

So, does this mean you will be giving full refunds to everyone? Or do you intend on completing the project? If completing the project, what is the timeline?

Thank you!

All parts are painted and being assembled (spears....the swords are just awaiting the polishing of the metal) right now...the metal work has been the most time consuming....but got most of it done...I will be shipping each day as they get completed...I should have the first 10 hopefully more by this weekend done....and the rest will be done by next weekend if not sooner. All resin painted blades should also be completed this weekend.... This would have been last week but my back went out so now just finishing things up.

Hi...I have started to ship out...I have I believe 12 more spears to complete the metal work and small assembly...and the metal work for about 8 swords...painted blades have been a little more annoying than I would like but are getting close to completion...I lost a couple weeks due to major back pains and finally got back to things not too long ago and doing much better.

I have 6 spears and 5 swords going out later this week....Craig you are in this batch...Alex ..I am trying to wrap up yours next week...the sword blades are taking a massive amount of time...and the spear is just waiting the ribbon...which now includes magnets so they can be removed if wanted.

I don't check here often so please if you want faster responses message me or Facebook me....I regularly check those.
