I am about to sculpt the hat. In fact the sculpt will come with a permanent hat, none removable, because it's not feasible to make the hat functionable.

I sculpted the hair just to have an idea

I've been talking to Teddy about this, at first he was going to have the clothing shipped to him then he'll be shipping individually, but I think it's better if it's shipped to me, then I'll ship everything together, mostly because Sil does not charge shipping fee through EMS to a single location, so that saves up on shipping to everybody.

As for how long, maybe it will take 15 days to get it all completed ?. This should be answered by Teddy.

Don't want to drag this that long, but maybe. I am working on the hat as we speak, modifying the sculpt to add the hat, after that I'll be casting like a mad man, then painting phase will begin. The hat should be completed next week along with the mold to start casting.

I actually think the 19 looks pretty decent. I don't think the body is too much of an issue anymore but I think the jacket and shirt can be tweaked for a better fit. As some of you already mentioned the pointy shoulders could be smoothed out a bit. Also I think the sweat shirt is pretty baggy. There's a good amount of extra material there and unless it gets sized down a tad it'll be beyond futzing. I circled the areas that I think could use a trim, especially the neck; that should be more form fitting.






I also want to point out the detail on the shoulders of the jacket. As is, the seam is tapered off a little high.






It should cover more of the shoulder area and run in line with the corner of the lapel. (this isn't exact, just to show you the idea)






Also, it's not just a seam detail. The bottom portion of it is an actual flap. Bullet has a bunch of good reference shots showing all of this on p. 4 and somewhere else in thread as well.

If you notice on page 4, the shoulder seam sits lower on the shoulder, in the upper deltoid area.
