I just want a realistic Hot Toys like paint job. I have no clue if that's all in the paint or sculpt materials or a combination of both.

Hey guys, so far I haven't gotten any updates from Sean unfortunately. I'm sure he has a lot on his plate at the moment since he's doing a few customs on the interest thread. I hope we get some good news soon!

I have to say though, I bought one of his sculpts last month and it totally give Hot Toys a run for their money. Sean's work is truly unbelievable.

Man, I hope we hear about this soon, now that the new HT figure based on the new movie is announced. Pretty sure HT couldn't care less about a canceled TV show. :lol

Hey guys, apologies for the long delay, but i have some updates for you guys.

I just spoke to Sean and he told me that the reason for the delay was due to issues with nailing down a tailor. Sean asked me if the interest is still there, so I'm here to ask you guys that.

I also think it might be a good idea to drop the clothing altogether and just get the heads done.

Wow, so this hinges solely on me? That's so much pressure. LOL. I have a figure with a usable outfit. It would be nice to upgrade the head.

Umm, sure. Yeah! You're the cause! We needed a some one to blame!

Just kidding. It's probably my over-ambitious fault that Sean had to find a suitable tailor. If we could drop that then the heads could move forward soon, according to Sean.

I'll be sending out PMs later to everyone who hasn't replied to this thread. Would be cool if everyone's still on board - I hope you all are . Some of the images in the opening post were deleted, so I added a few as a place-holder for now. Along with the "Battle Damaged" head from before, I've also added a portrait that shows Cameron with slightly less damage (since some folks were previously inquiring for one).

I'm still in but sure would love itemized recipes of which exact body and tailored clothes people have chosen and then with pics. I have a horrible time trying to piece together without buying the whole clothing set all at once.
Scrapping the Gee Whiz custom outfits for the sake of price is understandable, but I really need full options to help me choose appropriate body and clothing. I'm needy like that.

I might be down for both headsculpts and not just the "plain" - may want the battle damaged too.
