Please updated to have mine painted and I would only want if pre-drilled hole is made. I am a HORRIBLE customizer and have actually jacked up an attempt....so I don't wanna risk it.

Drilling is one thing but doesn't there have to be a socket inside the head to grip a ball-joint. Otherwise you're just plopping the head onto a neck - it'll just fall off and **** up the paint.

Agreed, I think it should be pre-drilled as it just defeats the purpose of having heads ready to go if it you can't just pop it in. And as a-dev said, I'll make a request to accommodate a standard ball joint.

Would the outfits be tailored to a particular body? I know they are pricey, but the original Phicen Stainless Steel bodies seem to be a good match to her build, very thin. No seams would be great for the tank top. Most people probably won't want it though.

As of now we still don't have a tailor so nothing is set in stone but dammit man, you read my mind. Those Phicen Stainless Steel bodies were exactly what I had in mind, they have the proportions, height and frame quite similar to Summer's build.

I think I might have underestimated how difficult it would be to get reference of the BD head, as what's shown on screen is not enough for a sculptor to work with, due to the many blind spots. Unless you guys prefer some creative liberties, which I don't.

Thankfully I manage to find behind the scenes production shots. It took me hours but it was worth it. :yess:

Well I'm glad someone likes the idea of using the first stainless steel Phicen body. I think it would be great, and I've got one ready to go. Would need a second one as well so I hope a decision is made soon.

Great find. Love that her endoskeleton is pretty much a feminised version of the T-800.


I'm still kinda undecided if I'd want mine painted. I see that Sean's Jennifer Lawrence sculpt was painted by Silentsurfer and so too was one of Trevor's Cameron sculpts that I bought from Nathan himself so I might see if I can get him again, for consistency.

Hey guys, I'm speaking to a tailor and would like to know how many are interested in the pair of outfits (normal and BD).

The plan is to recreate these two outfits at the highest accuracy possible, down to the patterns on the back pockets of the jeans. No boots though, that would be too pricey.

Brent came up with an interesting idea- he's willing to paint up the normal sculpt to make a semi-BD look, in case anyone prefers the clean head to have some BD effects.

I'm afraid I have some bad news about the outfit proposal, I got a quote from GeeWhiz customs and the price they're asking for is way beyond what I deem is suitable for the project. It looks like I'll have to drop the outfit interest since I doubt we'll ever reach 10 people and nobody (including myself) would be willing to pay that much. Looks like each and one of us has to find their own aftermarket clothing. Regardless, here is the quotation from them (P/s: don't sip milk while reading it):

Yeah, that's way too much than what I'm willing to spend for custom tailored clothes. I'm sure we can all kitbash some interesting outfits ourselves, for a much cheaper price.

You guys have me down for a battle damaged sculpt. I would only want a normal and painted if I'm in.
