So next week is Thai new year here, Ive cancelled are vacation to the amusement of my girlfriend :mad: to spend time on a prototype.

This is very basic but you can see what's going down. All the grills and trick parts will come dont worry :)

I don't know much about bikes from that era, but Xonex also made this variation of the 1952 JetLiner, which, headlight-wise, might have been a good base bike to start with to recreate PW's ride...

Yeah enjoying it, tomorow will work on the vents for the chain guard, box and tank. Anybody know where I can get small hinges for the box lids?

I saw one on ebay that sold for about $60 last week... I missed it though.

Regarding hinges, I ended up making some for the BTTF plutonium case by using thin styrene tube, and a paperclip as the pin. Sounds complicated but it's very simple (and castable once molds are made). Just need to drill each cast, though, to insert the pin... HTH
