But all other projects with her at least have a prospective proto ETA (subject to change) so curious when this is currently.

Everybody does notice Yunsil has more and more projects ahead but there is nothing wrong for asking the progress or as reminder especially from legendary character that other maestro executed so well. So everybody super curious about it. By my opinion as a Joker fan, it is just different approach compare to other suits she ever made.

I'm start worry how yunsil can find the accurate pattern fabric of the shirt, I think it's really hard to find unless in costume made fabric....

I don't think it's asking for much seeing as total deposits of USD$10,000.00 have been paid to you/her.

Plus all her other works have ETAs. Even if those are then delayed.

Have some patience Tim. The ETA was some time ago. Like you said, everything's been delayed. She said she'd contact me very soon, so I'm just waiting for her to do so when she's ready.
