True but I don't think people are just making up proto ETAs and most, if not all, have months specified even subjective to change and not just 'early in the new year' as a date.

They don't know. Yunsil gives you an approx time IF you pay now, but the truth of the matter is, collecting deposits take time, so once the moment has passed, they will put you back in line when you DO collect everyone's deposit and pay it. So unless you fork out the deposit from your own pocket to kickstart the project, the ETAs mean absolutely nothing.
