I’m curious how much money the OP has made off this run? We all PAID him to do this and the fact that he’s started new yunsil
orders for reruns of already produced clothing is concerning to say the least. Easy money! The prototypes are done already for those outfits. He starts those runs and just makes money. Why is this allowed when he cannot be bothered to complete this?
Doggiedoc (are you a mod?), I admire your stellar communication on the couple of runs that I’ve been on and have a lot of respect for you. But why is this allowed on here? We have to beg for communication and are all walking on eggshells out of fear that he will prolong shipping if we speak out. There is no rhyme or reason to his shipping. Some get it, some don’t. Why?!
I get it’s a small thing in the grand scheme of things but people have been waiting since 2016 for this. I have been waiting since 2018, but we are all getting impatient with the lack of anything. Not to mention, the Koreans can probably just drive to Yunsils workshop, that’s how close they are. Yet, they are forced to deal with OP doing nothing.
Hello ? sorry to bother you again
You said “I already shipped the outfit to all the original members on the list, I am number 2 on the list, paid the same week you asked for the payment and still nothing.
Don’t ignore me,
Admins can you please help?
@DoggieDoc
I understand your frustrations. However there is not anything we can officially do. In this forum we moderators are doing our best to make sure things run smoothly and to avoid fraud and people being scammed, keep the peace if threads get out of hand, etc... ya know, typical moderator stuff. We are not here to and we will not micromanage anyone's runs. Participating in customs is and always has been a "Proceed at your own risk" sort of endeavor. We have no legal or authoritative ability over any thread runner. All we can do is communicate with the run organizer, inform them of any concerns by members, and then let them run their runs.
Obviously if items aren't delivered, monies are stolen, etc., there are consequences in the form of banning. However discussing banning in any situation similar to this would do no one any good because then the project runner has no way to communicate with anyone within the forum any longer.
And just so everyone knows, we have had some significant issues with our moderator tools on the forum. We have been working with the site administrator to get these issues worked out, but it has hindered our ability to modify and shape the forum in a way that we feel will benefit the community. As a result we have not been able to make sticky posts, post rules for participating in runs, etc.... things most of you from the Sideshow days are used to seeing. These will be meant to set expectations for the forum in terms of being a project organizer as well as what to expect when participating in a project. But please be aware we ARE working on it.
We appreciate everyone's concerns and I am glad Hector has been in here to update you all. Hopefully you will see some of the improvements we are thinking of once we get the moderator tools worked out.
