Chopped of prawn thumb for me, it's a distinctive and vital part of the character.

Plus that's when Wikus goes into bad-ass mode!

While waiting for hair putty to dry I watched the movie again last night.... sad... so so sad......
Definitely my top 10 sci-fi films of all time.

I know, it's feels as if it's a real story. Everything about it is great, the setting, actors and story.

Ive thought about making prawn canister before, but have never attempted it yet.

This may sound a bit crazy... but my idea is using a small glass fuse tube. Open up one end take the fuse wire out, pour some black liquid into the glass tube, seal it up. Mod both ends and apply sticker or decal over the tube.

i think since wikus going to suit up in tactical vest as well so it's probably best to use narrow.

EarlHickey98 what body did you use for the Wikus that you are building?

I used a narrow type, it's good as the clothes looking fitting with the tatical vest. Plus the whole arm won't be seen only the hand will be.

Really looking forward to this figure! Just about ready to go, Gun w/paint & decals paid for, outfit, body, shoes, gas mask all ready, just waiting on the Stand Decal, and Jack's Sculpt/Arm! Here is my currently WIP, thought id use Jack's Driver sculpt for it since I will be replacing it with Jack's Wikus sculpt haha. Needs weathering as well but right now happy with the direction! Crappy quick pics for the moment.

Look I'm trying to replicate at the moment.
