* The new suit will be taylored to a HT Coulson or a HT Slim
unless everyone prefer a Narrow shoulder TTM-19. I will
Consult our in-house Bond expert( Raymond F) before making a final decision

I wouldn't suggest using TTM19, that's too bulky for Daniel Crag.
Plus it doesn't match with the sculpted neck.

I am not sure where you saw 40 deposit paid
We have 32 paid with about 7 on the waiting list. We have 7 because there will be some
who probably disapperaed at final payment. The waiting list is to protect our run.I will not
let our run suffer at least that is how I do business.

I will consider but I don’t believe there will be a price drop. I set a price based on total minus a x % attrition rate if any as mentioned to protect the run and this is why I don’t put X if so many and Y if less . I am not a big fan of large run ( See Ray F, Chili and shortround and they will tell you why)

I have already ordered a Balloon head and it is waiting for Suit fitting and delivery to Yunsil . The Balloon head will be fitted to the best body for our new Bond.( I think YAHA suggested using the narrow shoulder for the head and we should go with the Sculptors recommendation but I am ok if we go with a Slim ) You can see YHHA Bond message on F/B.

It will depend on the attrition rate which is part of the nature of all runs. My goal is to stay at 25 and not to make more suit for us because I don’t want or need more suits but again to protect our run from members not paying at final payment which I have stated. This is not my day job and between all the emails, shipping, arranging all the work is not fun with more suits. Chasing members to pay for months at the final payment is also not my cup of tea or fair for other members. I will consider a rate drop for sure if we end up fulfilling our total order but I cannot promise as I have stated until final payment. I am very organized, detail with overall cost structure in my approach.

Absolutely ! At final deposit, The 25 confirmed buyer who paid first will get a set 100% for sure if everyone pays on the confirmed list at final payment and I can either refund the waiting list deposit or add the 7 on the final order with a rate reduction for the run based on 32 instead of 25.


It would be the fair thing to do.

If you add 7 on the final order, what’s the point of setting the cap on 25 sets at the beginning?

Hey Terry


I don’t do this for a living. What I do I know is I will not do a large run as already stated on why in my pin post . The 25 is what I want to stay at and I believe the few paid on the wait list is how we protect our run for fairness and commitment to everyone. No system is perfect but this is what I think is best.

For sure the most we will do is 32 and that is it. Maybe I will not collect a deposit on the wait list for my future runs but I guarantee you the entire run can get affected if minimum head counts are missed due to members lack of commitment at final payment .

Only question I have is: how will the rate reduction work if the 25 pay, then the 7 pay (the reduced rate presumably).
