Update - ok, got my own answer - so these were used as the top buckle - is fullmetal looking at making the lower buckle (even if not fully functional)?

Jon and I decided not to make these as they would add to the cost. It would probably (I am guessing) cost $100+ for these buckles alone, as it is complicated. As it was the buckles he made are $60 a piece. You don't see the buckles anyway and it is very hard to find information about the buckles. I am not 100% sure that these were used in the film.

Fullmetal made a Jetpack and Helmet Combo...and I will be offering a Jetpack and Helmet Combo as well. Mine is still being worked on, but over on Fullmetals Customs Thread you can see the magic he created...really outstanding stuff!

Yea, I saw his (amazing work!), but didn't know if he was actually going to offer it.

Im working on a custom of this figure myself and am definitely going to need a rocketpack and helmet at some point.

I may attempt to make a 1/6 jetpack over the summer , I'm a 3rd year model making student so I have a fair idea of how to go about doing it. I also have the sideshow premium format figure, so I can use the Jetpack of that as reference. If there is room on the list I'd like to pay a deposit please.

Option 1 looks more like a suede, that probably wouldn't be the best. I agree with option 2. How is the weight / thickness of it?

Don't know weight or thickness, but we've told Yunsil many times the leather needs to be thin. From the pics above, the fabric does look thin and not bulky

Yeah I agree. I think 2 is the best of the options for sure,

Yeah, Yunsil used the Medicom Figure to get color match for the fabric above....but funny thing is, I think option 2 better matches the movie still on the right.
Glad you fellas are feeling Option 2 :rock
