I agree with Marf on this one . I think Jon should look at the movie props for both the helmet and the jet pack to get the most accurate set. As well as us get our moneys worth as well.

You don't want the head to look too small. I think that's more of a danger than making it look to large. This is one of Medi's just slightly undersized figures.
I've got a shaved down soldier story head in mine and all the gear on a soldier story body.
If that rocketeer helmet on eBay is from the same maker as one I got off of there a year or 2 ago, it is a recast of the medi helmet. The gold was a nicer shade but the cast was a bit rough in certain spots that you couldn't quit make out from the pictures. Still a decent alternative if you just need the helmet.

TTM18 is a good call I think. I actually think that is what I have my Rocketeer set up with right now.

So here are some pics that I will be sending along to Yunsil....The pants are actual WWII Cavalry Riding Pants (also known as Johdpurs)..but Im thinking of just sending her the Medicom as they look accurate in color, unless you guys have better pics of movie used pants.

Does the harness unbuckle from the jetpack? I had issues with mine so I actually slipped it up the body.

I dug these pics I took up off of my computer. They're from a prop exhibit that was held after the 20th anniversary screening in LA a few years ago.

The outfit shots are a bit blurry, but there are some decent Rocket reference pics for Jon there.
