UPDATE:

So we reached 10 :yess: (hopefully it stays that way once we get fully committed ray: ) RDEEZY just finished talking to Yunsil for us and gave me some promising news.
She has seen the outfit and says it will be a challenge, but looks forward to it. She will also be attempting to create the HARNESS for the Jet Pack also. Ill be sending her my Medicom Rocketeer Figure so she can see the harness up close and personal. She's gonna give it a try...no promises on the harness.
If everything checks out she won't be able to start our project until late next month...so gives time for us to save fellas.

Will keep everyone updated as I get news...In the meantime, keep posting reference pics..the more the better to help Yunsil.

So...time for another UPDATE

Spoke to RDEEZY this morning and he has some great news to share...Yunsil said this set would be a 4-piece set (Jacket, Pants, Shirt, & belt)...The price would be between $280-$300 (shipping not included). She stated that she WILL TRY to make jacket 2 pieces to the best of her abilities like in the photos.
Now the important part...Yunsil stressed that she will not make this outfit if less than 10 order, so for us to guarantee this amazing outfit gets completed, Ill be asking for a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit to lock your spot in and ensure we have you for the entire ride. This $50 will be deducted from the final price as usual. I hope you are all okay with this. I really didn't want to do a DEPOSIT, but seeing that this list is very small and we are already walking the line between making this a reality and not, this at least all but guarantees this happens once we get 10 locked in.
I won't ask for deposits until Yunsil sends us the first round of outfit materials which I will share with you guys so we are all in agreement with the final product.

I think that is reasonable for me. I am all for the gradual payments haha. The medicom jacket is not too far off in many regards except the material is too thick. The on screen look it has more of a wrinkle to it. I look forward to seeing what buttons she has in her arsenal.

I have seen this done with Iris' butcher set and it could work here. If the jacket is two pieces, maybe have the chest plate attach with magnets? I imagine people won't want to display him without the plate on. Is doing it in two pieces a way to have the flap folded down?

We should find someone to do a Billy Cambell head sculpt haha.

Hope everyone is cool with it too...Like I said, I wouldnt ask for it if our interest was over 20 and Yunsil saying she needs 10 to make it happen. That way we know we are getting this outfit as she makes prototype for us

...and don't worry fellas...she already knows NOT to copy the Medi clothing pattern...this will be new and improved, based on her own measurements and design!
