If you are trying to be realistic, there are many color variations within the face, and all need to be custom-made per character. If you are looking for just basic color that matches the bodies and are going to leave it reasonably flat in color hues, there are a few decent "pre-made" skin colors. But it does not really match the Hot Toys' bodies out of the bottle. So even those would need to be tweaked and hand mixed.
Sorry, I know it's not the answer you were probably looking for, but hopefully, it helps how you attack it. Good luck!

It's hard to answer as most painters here and elsewhere don't use just one "pre-made" color.

I have a large handful of premade flesh colors from Reaper Miniatures, Vallejo, Tamiya and even 357partment's premium paints. But none will "match" anything right out the bottle. They all require some mixing to get a desired tone. You'll be hard-pressed to find one color/brand to rule them all, so if one color is all you're looking for, it's best to just choose a brand's sort of "standard" flesh tone and go with that and use it for all your customs. Otherwise, you will need to do some sort of mixing between colors or even other fleshtone variations to get the color you're specifically looking for.
