Haven't tried but I seem to remember from somewhere the battery lasts 9 to 12 hrs...

OK, I have fixed your order. The connector is free and allows you to join two V2 light sabers into one double blade light saber for Darth Maul.

Battery can last for 10 - 12 hours continues use before replacement. If you need extra battery, the part number is BR435 and you can buy from Radio Shack, Amazon, or eBay.
The light sabers are made to order. If you would like to order to Grievous, you will need V1 blue x 2 and V1 green x 2. Do you wish to pre-order? I'll be taking pre-order next week and start production in May. The next batch should be available to ship the last week of May.

Interesting, is the Yoda light-up rod as bright as the normal V1/V2 rods? Kinda wish the thinner all-direction rod were available for the full size sabers from the get-go. Any chance of buying replacement skinny all-direction rods for the full-size hilts?

The Yoda light saber won't be as bright as the regular version. Since green is the brightest color, the reduction in brightness is acceptable. This is why only Yoda light saber is offered with the new custom blade. With other colors, the reduction in brightness is more significant.
Since the custom blade for Yoda is difficult to make and the diameter is different from the standard version, there won't be replacement blade offered.
