Wrapping up dark helmet and on to leo very soon. Articulation joints are all done, just need to modify the sculpt and piece together. Will have leather elbow/knee pads/ belt. Will update in august with some wip pics.

Thanks for your patience with this figure.

MG thanks for the update man. Looking forward to DH and I can't wait for the Sewer Ninjas Project to finally begin. You know I have to be on that list right? :monkey3

Will you still be offering the unpainted kit? I think you mentioned you would previously but I just want to make sure. Thanks

Oh man I cant wait for this Mike, the addition of Leather pads and belt has me really excited. Also looking forward to seeing a more realistic paint job on this guy :)

Thanks Brian. The silicone figure has its limitations so the resin one will be more screen accurate thanks to a new paint job. Plus, it was a tough figure to cast using core molds. I still love the feel of the silicone though. Looks pretty cool on display next to my other figures.

Yeah the silicone looks great but like you said next to no movement. I'd still be interested in a resin one as long as its fairly durable.

Hey Mike, out of curiousity will the turtles be in scale to other 1/6 figures? Regardless I have to have all 4 :) Thanks

Brian, yes and no. A little smaller than a typical hot toys 1/6 figure but not as small as it should be if you want to get technical. I used a slim body which is smaller than a traditional body because i needed an articulated core body that would hold up to the weight of the silicone and not look enormous when all the rubber was added. It looks great next to my other figs.
