Still molding and castings Wonka and Oompa, I haven't received my swatches yet, but I did pay for all materials already. We are looking at around November for finished every thing to be completed, like it or not clothing takes a long time to get right and I have no control over tailors work loads. The Barbossa jacket alone took 3 revisions to get right and weeks of work. Wonka should be easier and faster, but I rather error on longer time line and get it earlier then the other way around. thanks!

I am more than ok with extra time to gather fundage! I would rather wait longer and get a better end result.

I agree no rush rocco gives us time to save and also gives you guys too get the outfit to perfection I do have a question about the Cane hopefully it's gonna look movie accurate but was wondering do you think the Caine would support having a mushroom on the end ?

Thought was when he is singing pure imagination and he puts his cane into the mushroom do the same sort of thing so it has like an hole that you pop the cane into and it detaches. wanted to know if you think it would hold it or would it be to heavy for the cane?

If you want to carve a mushroom out of styrofoam, the cane will support it God father.

Use balsa foam it is amazing stuff.

Rocco been asked by a few people 2 questions.
1st will the ompa's arms be movable ? And also will his head detach like a normal sculpt would?

2nd is there any chance you could offer the choice to have the cake shoe by sculpting cakes for the shoe of the ompa like rainman did with his. A few people have requested that.

Moveable arms is not a must for me, but I like the sculpted shoes.

Is that cake shoe's ? To met he's one of the best parts of the ompa was hoping that rocco may consider sculpting the cakes to glue on or something.

I didn't know there were more than one type of shoe. Can you add a photo of what you are referring to? Thanks.

I agree, are you talking about the Pom Pom that is on top of the shoe? or something else?

I think the Rainman one looks incredible, but one thing that bugs me about it is that the face seems kind of puffy. The side profile that I have seen in the Rainman version looks very off.

Rocco nailed a lot the face detail, especially in the nose. I can't wait to see the painted prototype.

I have the rainman sculpt I got it from him with the wig and i like it but it agree Rocco's is awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing the painted real hair proto n :0

They are definitely Pom Pons. I think Rainman was spot on with the Oompa shoes.

They defiantly are pom poms I watched the movie my mistake aha! On a second note I know this is being really picky but I think rocco has a really good sculpt I got rainmans in today. I'm gonna be really picky but if you look at wonka left part just under his lip he has sort of a bump on his skin...... Rocco has even done that I only noticed it today here's a pick of the real pic and both of the sculpts.

I personally feel like the unpainted Rainman sculpt looks more like Tim Allen haha. I dunno I just always thought it looked bloated.

I really think Rocco nailed it.
