Seb if I could afford this I would. It's an amazing figure. To the guy questioning the price. Shop around with sculptors it cost some pretty good money to to a small run of heads. The you add boots, gloves, etc. That adds up man. Keep on rockin' Seb.

Cape is well under his head and head isn't too small.

This is a great project. I'm a sculptor myself and have joined the forums and will be showcasing my work soon and offering my sculpting services. I have done work directly for DC in the past for some famous figures.

Although that head looks great, I can tell you it is undersized from the first pics. Once you add it on a body and enhance the body with muscle it will look undersized. You should correct this now, just my 2 cents on the bat.

I hope he now realizes that what he intended has backfired and now has a Douche label attached.

I came at the tale end of the thread. I didn't know this guy was a sculptor as well.

Dude, if your intention was to help, it came out wrong.

Also, as a sculptor I assume you know that that commisioning the sculpts of head, gloves and boots is not cheap. Then there's the cost of the costume and cape. Plus Seb then built and painted the whole thing.

Again, if your intent was to offer help, it came out wrong.

Maybe he's envious of your work. I dnt know how he comments as he hasn't even seen it or owns it to comment like that. He's complaining of it being 600 bucks, but not like he's paying for it lol. I can't wait to get my BD bats and wolvie from you. The two side by side will probably be the highlight on my shelves. Sooner I get them the happier I be.

All I can say is that it was Seb, that made me seek out the forum. It is all the talented helpful artists and lovers of this craft that make me want to check the forum every day. In the short time I have been a member of this forum I have already commissioned one piece and paid for it. The person I commissioned from has been wonderful and has been in constant contact with me. WIP pics have been sent to me and I am so impressed that I will comission another piece from this artist once the first one arives. I tend to pay attention to who are friends with one another. If you all speak highly of one another and feel comfortable with one another, so do I. If you dont, I feel funny about things. Seb, someday when you are taking commissions again, I would be honored to get from you what I call a "work of art." Anybody can see that and if they cant they are bind or have no appreciation of "art". Thats my two cents worth from someone who pays attention not only what you all create but say in general, about things, and especially to one another.
