thats an awesome idea Robbie. it will make a huge difference. as you can see in my pics which use the blackbox boots. they are quite big and bulk up the legs making them look a bit bell bottom like. Having less rigid boots should help a bit.

New on this forum but I'm glad to see this is still moving forward. I was actually just looking on your Instagram to check out the old pictures.
Regarding the sets, I'd probably prefer to mix and match as well but I'd try to swing both sets if that's not an option.
Just a couple of questions about this:
1) Is the blaster going to have the carbon fiber grip or is it all black?
2) Will the holster be just the piece that holds the gun or the whole rig?

If I’m being honest, I’d greatly prefer the more flexible boots but rigid boots wouldn’t be a deal breaker.
That being said, I don’t think $65 is at all high for a nice pair of boots like this. For the work going into them and the outcome (specifically some degree of flexibility) I think it’s 100% worth it. Even if it ends up in the $75 range I would personally still be in. I think 30 people would be doable, as I believe around 60 were in on the Yunsil set and there are people like me who didn’t get in on that but I’m definitely in on the accessories.
But that's just me.

I'd go for flexible boots for better ankle articulation.
Btw Personally I think the final Yunsil pants are too long comparing with how it actually looks in the movie.
It would be nice if the pants could tuck into the boots.
