Yes it definitely is my opinion
But for sake of discussion, look at it this way - an outfit from yunsil wont be less than 400-450 (overcoat etc) ,
Rainman usually makes limited accessories and his full sets are in 1100 -1200 range and even in a full set - he will never make the 100 things that come with the enterbay set, that suitcase, flower pot, milk, umpteen guns, and so on and lastly he usually gets quite creative with his sculpts, and takes liberty on accuracy / lack of. Most of his character sculpts off late like JAck, bickle, etc are all being redone to a more accurate version.
So net net the enterbay Leon - may be with a few upgrades like nice accurate glasses from the legendary Robbie and a hat will suffice for most people cause enterbay otherwise is spot on - on almost all departments when it comes to Leon.
I m also a Rainman fan and have spent 1000s on Rainman and will continue to do so but I do think that Leon is an accessory heavy figure and it will be tough to match that cause it was an all round pretty strong release.
The tilting point will be sils outfit but then if he goes heavy on accessory it will go way over 1500-1700 and at that price point it's tough to justify a marginally better figure (if at all better)
