For the the sword, you could grind it out of steel and then do a cardboard scabbard wrapped in thread and leather. It looks pretty good ( I'm using the idea on my multiple deadpools and task master custom.) A lot of work though, I might add.

Going by the Hilt I'd say his blade is shaped something like this? a Falchion

That might not be a bad idea to investigate. Use like 1/8 inch steel. The above looks pretty accurate style wise as well.

Todays update, started adding leather straps to support the belt & chest armors so all the pieces dont keep dropping off, and a different angle for change

Not telling, though it will utilese the kp body. Ok made some headway on the laser cutting, if it pans out, steel blades for all

Hey guys another update, did the sculpt for the back plate & vambrace (need cleaning etc don't worry on the fit will be adjusted later), took apage from the SSZC version for the back plate. Also guys I'm working on getting the Axe blade & Sword blades laser cut (just getting quote) Would you all be happy getting a metal blade instead of the sheathed weapon? as I will be going the leather route for the sheath.
A clue to my next interest thread. the Actor has been in just about every Arnie movie...1st to guess the project wins a prize (prize TBA)

It's looking better end better! And the answer (I think) to your trivia question is one of his best friends, Sven-Ole Thorsen. Is that right??? He was also in Gladiator as the undefeated Gladiator who comes out of retirement.

I've wanted an armored Thulsa Doom for as long as I can remember... but man would it be an epic amount of work :lol
